As the year comes to a close, we take a moment to reflect on the people and effort behind the work at GPA. This year was shaped by steady effort. Across teams and locations, our people showed up with professionalism and care. That consistency helped us continue supporting our customers and strengthening the foundations that matter most.

The Work Behind the Numbers

Throughout the year, GPA partnered with manufacturers navigating real complexity. Some were modernizing aging systems. Others were laying the groundwork for long-term industrial plant digitalization. Each engagement required collaboration, clarity, and a strong systems integration foundation.

By year’s end, that work added up to:

  • 270 projects completed

  • 69 customers supported

  • 17 Industries Served

Together, these efforts reflect GPA’s continued focus on building trusted partnerships and delivering meaningful progress for manufacturers.

Leadership, Growth, and Direction

This year marked an important transition for GPA with the appointment of De Robertson as President. His focus on long-term partnerships and a people-first approach help shape how we engage customers and support our teams.

Growth was also visible with the move to a new Wilmington headquarters, creating space designed to support collaboration, systems integration work, and continued team growth.

Repeat.” Framed industrial landscape photos hang on the adjacent white wall, and the room has clean lines, neutral flooring, and a professional, contemporary design.

Investing in People, Inside and Outside the Organization

That same long-term mindset extends beyond project work. This year, GPA continued to invest in the growth of its people and the strength of the organization, with team members earning new certifications and the company achieving key milestones that reinforce our technical depth and credibility.

Certifications and training achievements include:

  • Formal training completed by team members through ABB (ABB MyLearning) and Rockwell Automation University

  • Silver System Integrator status achieved at the company level with Rockwell Automation

  • Multiple Ignition Gold certifications held across the organization, reinforcing GPA’s position as an Inductive Automation Premier Integrator

  • Ongoing professional development supporting automation, administration, controls, and system integration capabilities

At the same time, our teams showed up for their communities through our GPA Cares initiatives, not as a one-time effort, but as an ongoing commitment across locations.

Throughout the year, employees in Wilmington, Chester, Ruston, and across our remote team participated in coastal walks and runs for autism awareness, summer snack drives, community cleanups, support for local farms, St. Jude fundraising, and Operation Christmas Child.

Collectively, these efforts resulted in:

  • 7 nonprofit organizations supported

  • 450+ summer snacks provided

  • $1,840 raised for the Autism Society of North Carolina

  • 33 children supported through Operation Christmas Child

These moments mattered because they reflected who we are. A group of people who believe that showing up consistently is just as important outside the plant as it is inside it.

Carrying Momentum Into 2026

Looking ahead, the story of this year is clear. GPA continued to evolve by strengthening leadership, deepening technical expertise, and investing in people and partnerships that last.

As manufacturers face increasing complexity, long-term industrial plant digitalization requires more than technology. It requires a partner grounded in systems integration, guided by experience, and committed for the long haul.

If you’re ready to make that commitment, we’re ready to make it happen.
