Client Project

Developed a new control system for coating solution formulation in full compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 regulation. This project consisted of two new Rockwell Logix controllers with GE iFIX HMIs that allow full automatic batch operation. Reporting services for Electronic Batch Records and Audit Trail logs were provided by using Crystal Reports and GE Proficy Historian.

Pfizer Pharmaceuticals

Designed and developed a control system platform for Collete Grall Granulators 306 and 150 in compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 regulations. The control system consists of an Allen Bradley SLC-500 PLC and GE iFIX supervisory SCADA platform. The SCADA platform is responsible for the recipe management, batch reporting and centralized alarm and event annunciation for operations.
