GPA offers a full range of engineering services related to industrial process control, automation, data acquisition, visualization, and process optimization.
We provide a complete project management process, including configuration, installation, and commissioning. Projects include complete system checkouts, control system testing, and process optimization. Once systems are in place, GPA can maintain a complete control system and/or plant-wide data historian. We also offer system maintenance, remote data monitoring and utilization training.
GPA has experience with Statistical Quality Control, Environmental Compliance/Assurance Monitoring, and Integration of process data with non-standard, relational databases.
Data and process visualization software enables key personnel to utilize software features for Key Business and Process Indicators. This enables real-time critical data to stream to virtually any portable device. A built-in historian, with trend and data recording, displays a review of process or business performance.
