In all cases, GPA met commitments to provide control configuration and graphics to meet cost, schedule, and technical requirements. They worked as a part of the project team, interacting very well with the REO to provide point assignments and control definition. They worked well with the operators to define and provide operator interface tools.

Aside from an excellent track record with maintenance of our DCS system, I have been most impressed with their dedication in helping us to improve our cost structure. Roel Harsta has been successful in securing the services of IT personnel who are technically competent in their fields as well as eager to learn the mill operation. Consequently, we have reduced our chemical costs in the pulp mill and improved our power operations and reduced fuel costs.
We know that we can depend on them to provide the same efforts to help us troubleshoot process problems as with DCS issues. That has resulted in greatly improved reliability in the back end of the mill.
They have been intimately involved in all major projects involving DCS projects throughout the plant. Their suggestions have resulted in reduced time for implementation of capital projects during annual outages.
